How often would you look at these lists? Daily or weekly?
This is one of the benefits of using education technology that tracks completion and grades. If someone hasn't completed enough, that can be a great subject for a conversation. Maybe they are struggling with something personal that's preventing them from completing their coursework, and their educator can connect them with other resources that may help (a counselor, support group, or even social and emotional learning activities).
Is anyone actively using lists to monitor their students?

Subject: Courseware Tip!!! Assessing the Progress of Students
Create a list of students who fall within a certain complete percentage. You will want to determine what the targeted percent complete is. From there, you could create a couple lists:
- Insert a percent range below the target to find students who are behind. These students may be struggling on the amount of coursework, content of the work, or outside influences may hinder them from being able to complete the needed work. This is a great chance for you to reach out to them and find out.
- You could use a range that is above the targeted percentage. For students that fall into this category, they may need some enrichment activities.
Are there other ways you can think of to use this list?
